Key accountabilities:

- Daily monitor, engage and response to users comments and inquiries on each social media channels to maintain good brand reputation.
- Propose & manage online activity and collect winners.
- Report and analyze current social trends & community outcomes for further recommendations.
- Coordinate and assist other team members in content creation & brainstorming.

Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Media Production, Arts or other related field.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills with a ‘Work Hard Play Hard’ attitude
- Good understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LINE, Instagram, ETC.
- Highly responsible and able to work under pressures as a team player.
- Good MS Office skills be a plus
- Professional working proficiency in English
