PRTR is looking for a Backend Team Lead to work with a fast-growing stable company that is growing its development team in Bangkok.

**Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for the overall quality of the software solutions developed.
- Optimizing code and infrastructure components to new features and enhancing user experience.
- Assisting with the preparation and implementation of technical projects.
- Collaborate with team members effectively, conducting code reviews, and regularly sharing knowledge.
- Managing and leading backend development team(s) to achieve the division’s goals and build up a productive team culture.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Backend Developer or similar role.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Backend Developer Lead or similar role.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development using programming languages such as Java, Scala, Go, and NodeJS.
- Experience in using and building CI/CD pipeline and workflow.
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work smoothly across functions and coach the team members.
