- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), mobile-specific tools (e.g., Firebase), and backend technologies (e.g., APIs, databases).
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- **Mobile Architecture and Design**- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs, including high-level design documents, architectural blueprints, and technology recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks (e.g., KMP, React Native, Flutter), and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
- **Technical Leadership and Mentoring**- Provide technical leadership and guidance to mobile development teams through code reviews, mentorship, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- **Performance, Security, and Quality Assurance**- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, including performance bottlenecks and stability issues.
- Drive the adoption of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance development efficiency.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**- a Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and align mobile solutions with overall company goals.
- Work with operations and QA teams to ensure the reliability and quality of all mobile releases.
