Our client is a top 10 fashion clothes in Thailand with 31 branches all over.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being responsible for the logistics process inventory process workflows in operation, the finance team also create and maintain Standard operational process documents.
- Overseeing inventory transactions and working with the finance inventory team and proper procedures for cycle counts and year-end counts.
- Improving product transportation, setting up an annual budget for transportation with the operation team and checking the monthly invoice from 3PLs for submission to finance.
- Managing budgets versus actual spending and ensuring spending is in the budgets.
- Overseeing progressive savings in running the logistics and initiating tendering of contracts with external vendors.
- Overseeing the KPI of the department and logistic operations team.
- Preparing and presenting the monthly report KPI to the management.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years warehouse and logistics, Advantage Internal Audit.
- Experience inventory management.
- Experience in an SAP system is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork player, Planning, organization skills and love fashion.
- Good command of English.
