The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

In this role you will be responsible in understand the industry and competitive environment, establish the operation system of brand/seller and merchandise; exploring opportunities, and empowering industry operations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of Thai Chinese merchants (including lead generation, cold contact, and onboarding).
- Responsible for the business development of TikTok Shop in Thailand, delivering the short-term and long-term development plan and carrying out the result in terms of GMV.
- Formulate merchandise assortment plan according to livestream/video scenarios, break down the target to executable modules/steps, and ensure SKU efficiency and target achievement through best seller planning, content script design, and core promotion schemes
- Continuously optimize the merchandise structure, richness and competitiveness through local market research, commodity data analysis, competitors tracking and price comparison
- Work with related teams to build a proper plan to support the growth of merchant accounts, and increase the overall GMV growth of the e-commerce within the whole content ecosystem

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- English proficiency is a must, and Thai language proficiency
- Preferably with 3 years in e-commerce, direct experience in merchant acquisition and incubation preferred
- Strong connections with Thai Chinese merchants is preferred
- Fast learner; excellent communication skills; good at negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving.
