- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 3 - 15 ปี- กรุงเทพมหานคร- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Analyze and solve the problem of the client requested cases.
- Communicate with client to determine cause of any problems and response to cases in a timely manner.
- Provide the written report case summary to the clients.
- Create user guide to support the client requirements.
- Available to contact with the client in any urgent cases on the weekend or holiday. (occasionally)
- Able to travel to meet the client for training and support on site.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or any related field.
- Have experience 3-15 years in Technical support, Accounting, or related field.
- Knowledge in NetSuite or ERP is advantage.
- Good attitude and service mind.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Customer oriented and a good team player.
- Good Skills in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skill both in Thai and English.
- Great Attitude is a must
