**Job Descriptions**:
Strategically plan and execute ongoing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives within the BJC Group, aiming to foster a lasting positive impression of the organization through sustainability.
Develop comprehensive proposals for annual budget allocation, seeking endorsement from senior executives. These funds will be earmarked for the effective execution of corporate CSR initiatives, ensuring achieves optimal success.
Cultivate relationships with external partners from both public and private sectors, inviting their active participation and support in organizing CSR activities. Together, these efforts will fortify the organization's enduring and positive image.

**Social Responsibility (CSR)**: Take the lead in promoting social responsibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion both within the organization and across its supply chain. Implement initiatives that create positive effects for employees, communities, and stakeholders.
Establish seamless coordination with internal departments, enlisting their assistance in orchestrating successful corporate CSR initiatives, thereby reinforcing the organization's commitment to making a difference.
Perform the other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 7 years of experiences in CSR initiatives/trend and event management.
Experience in budgeting, tracking, and forecasting.
Strong project management and organizing/ Interpersonal skills.
Strong communication, collaboration with multiples stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
