**Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality Russian manicures and pedicures.
- Stay informed about and offer the latest nail trends and techniques.
- Advise clients on nail care and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.
- Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment according to regulations.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Manage appointments and maintain client records accurately.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician, with a strong portfolio showcasing Russian manicure skills.
- Certification or formal training in nail technology and Russian manicure techniques is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of nail care products, tools, and hygiene practices.
- Familiarity with relevant local laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
