**Job Overview**:
The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project Management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within job scope and budget. Oversee all aspects of Projects, set the deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project including investigate the problem and find solutions with cross functions. Prepare reports for management regarding status of projects.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Estimating & Planning Project Scope, schedule and Resource involving all relevant.
- Manage and Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, with scope and budget including quality.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Providing a detailed project plan to monitor, track the progress and making a report to Management and related person/department.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk including investigate and follow up incident and inform clients and related person.
- Manage and follow up incident and escalate problem
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Meet with clients to gather the requirement and clarify specific requirements/ job scope of each project.
- Promptly support clients about the status, progress, incident, requirement, development process and etc.
- Attend conference and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Proven working experience in Software/Hardware Project Management at least 3 years.
- Strong background in Software Development Lifecycle, Banking, Telecommunication, and Mobile Application Development are preferable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Experienced in CMMI or other software development standards is a plus.
- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in TH and EN.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
- Challenge with solving a problem and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work in a flexible and challenging environment.
