Your new role**
As a Product Manager, you will have the authority to oversee product development and design marketing strategies within the assigned portfolio. You will be also monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adapt marketing strategies. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Designing and executing comprehensive product marketing plans to support product launches and ongoing promotions.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, assess competitive positioning, and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and optimise resource allocation.
- Developing and overseeing product campaigns, including advertising and sales force promotional materials.
- Communicating marketing programmes to internal stakeholders and driving the implementation of campaigns.
- Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
- Representing Novo Nordisk at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and establish meaningful connections.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager. The Cardiometabolic Marketing department is a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to driving the success of Novo Nordisk’s pharmaceutical products. Based at Thailand, we work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement marketing strategies that make a difference. Our department is fast-paced and focused on delivering impactful results while fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. **Your skills & qualifications**
We’re looking for a Product Manager with clinic experience who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

- Relevant academic qualifications with bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in brand marketing or closely related commercial roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, demonstrating hands-on expertise in product development lifecycle management, planning and executing advertising campaigns, and monitoring sales performance to inform tactical adjustments.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with practical experience in market trend analysis, segmentation and consumer behaviour insights, and competitive landscape assessment.
- Proven experience mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, compliant marketing initiatives.
- Thai native speaking with fluent English communication.
