**Job Detail**:

- Quantity Surveyor (QS, construction) (20K-33K) (SDG-89861)
- ผู้สำรวจปริมาณ (QS, งานก่อสร้าง)-
- Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
- Procure estimate from subcontractors and check contents if there are any excesses and deficiencies or not
- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Select and/or source construction materials
- Manage the costs on a construction project
- Help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
- Train and lead junior member
- Other tasks as assigned
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 37 years old- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor/ Cost engineer in Civil field
- Conversational level of English (both writing and reading)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to visit on site frequently
- Associate level of Engineering license- Having experience in estimate office building, factory, plant or warehouse as a Quantity Surveyor

- จัดหาประมาณการจากผู้รับเหมาช่วงและตรวจสอบเนื้อหาว่ามีส่วนเกินและขาดตกบกพร่องหรือไม่
- ราคา/คาดการณ์ต้นทุนของวัสดุต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นสำหรับโครงการ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารประกวดราคา, สัญญา, งบประมาณ, บิลปริมาณ, และเอกสารอื่นๆ
- เลือกและ/หรือจัดหาวัสดุก่อสร้าง
- จัดการต้นทุนในโครงการก่อสร้าง
- ช่วยให้แน่ใจว่าโครงการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายในงบประมาณที่คาดการณ์ไว้
- ฝึกอบรมและนำสมาชิกรุ่นเยาว์
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 25 - 37 ปี- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่สำรวจปริมาณ/ วิศวกรต้นทุน ในสาขาโยธา
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา (ทั้งการเขียนและการอ่าน)
- สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระ
- ความสามารถในการเดินทางไปที่ไซต์บ่อยครั้ง
- ระดับอนุปริญญาของใบอนุญาตวิศวกรรม- มีประสบการณ์งานประมาณราคาอาคารสำนักงาน, โรงงาน, หรือคลังสินค้าในฐานะเจ้าหน้าที่สำรวจปริมาณ
