- Working in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.

**Qualifications**
- 5 years of experience in a Backend Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
