**Overview of the job**

As a **Marketing and Public Relations Manager-Sr. Manager**, you will lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies, focusing on building brand presence and establishing Sertis as a thought leader across online and offline events, PR, social media, and other digital channels. You'll oversee a team of designers, content creators, and marketing staff, ensuring all works are aligned to brand standard, guiding your team to craft impactful content to help the business grow through effective marketing initiatives.

**In this role, you will**:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy
- Build and implement comprehensive marketing plans, focusing on events, public relations, social media, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Use data and analytics to assess marketing performance and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness.

Oversee and Lead Creative Output
- Guide a team of graphic designers, content writers, and PR officers, ensuring all materials meet high-quality and brand standards.
- Approve marketing content, including press releases, presentations, and other collateral.

Enhance Brand Presence
- Create and implement brand-enhancing initiatives that elevate our market presence.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and PR agencies to ensure our messaging is consistent and impactful.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team, supporting their growth and ensuring their work aligns with company goals.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to provide direction and clarity on marketing objectives.

Collaborate Across Departments
- Work closely with the executive team and other departments to ensure marketing/branding initiatives align with the company's broader goals.
- Communicate marketing strategies effectively throughout the organization.

Develop Marketing Collateral
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring they reflect the company's values and branding.

**You'll be successful if you have**:

- At least **5 years of experience in a marketing and PR leadership role who is willing to roll up your sleeves**:

- Experience **managing creative teams and producing high-quality marketing content**.
- Strong **analytical skills **and the **ability to use data-driven insights **to shape marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with proficiency in content creation and presentation development.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Having knowledge or passion about technology area / a tech-savvy person
