HydroNeo is an award-winning German-Thai Tech startup in the aquaculture industry.

We offer an industry-grade, farm-embedded Internet of Things Smart Farm Management System for Aquaculture, and shrimp farms specifically, in Southeast Asia. With this as the foundation establishing strong customer relationships and gaining deep insights into farm operations, HydroNeo is expanding into further digitizing the entire value-chain.

**This Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Product Management Intern who is passionate about developing products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
We strive to help farmers manage their operations more efficiently, with higher productivity and more sustainable. As an Intern in Product Management, you will
be in direct contact with shrimp farmers, get their feedback and ideas and help recording their data to get actionable insights.
With this knowledge, you will then support the team in designing, developing
and rolling out new features and functions, especially for our mobile apps.

You have the opportunity to make this internship become your full-time job after graduation. We are looking for honest, hardworking and still fun personalities that are not afraid to speak up

Tasks
- Communicate with shrimp farmers to identify the major problems and challenges and what they needed and then translate it into products or features that associate with HydroNeo’s product range.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create ideas for product implementation, shaping the product vision and product strategies including market research and analysis
- Measure and analysis of product performance using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Working with engineering team to design and develop products
- Work with Marketing and Customer Success Managers to promote new features
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- (Academic) experience and knowledge in the aquaculture field
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, and ‘can do attitude’
- High curiosity and not be afraid to ask questions
- Proactive communication and good English & Thai language skills
- Skills in office programs (e.g. Powerpoint and Excel) and a general understanding of technology
- Experience with digital product development (e.g. apps) is a plus
- Strong understanding of product management is a plus
