**Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- Assisting deal execution process including corporate finance, regulatory and marketing process
- Coordinating with various parties including but not limited to clients and other external advisors to ensure smooth deal execution
- Managing due diligence process
- Provide analysis on financials and other key transaction issues
- Producing presentation materials to convey key messages and preparing / reviewing valuation of a business
