**Job Description**:

- Identify and segment guests to support strategy for CRM, loyalty program and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with CRM service providers and other departments within the company to ensure the smooth deployment of all CRM Marketing campaigns.
- Implement dynamic content to create targeted and personalised eDM campaigns.
- Define guest journeys across all touchpoints and optimise based on real time measurement.
- Ensure eDM campaigns are accessible and functional on both desktop and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative materials, including the design layout, images and copy for all campaigns.
- Coordinate with translation agencies to develop multi-language eDM campaigns as needed.
- Evaluate ongoing campaigns for engagement, performance and other metrics.
- Monitor competitor activities and log competitive intelligence to inform strategy and planning.
- Support on reporting, optimisation and other day-to-day tasks within the Corporate Marketing department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Marketing Communications, CRM and digital marketing experience in Hotel’s industry.
- Solid background in marketing communications, campaign execution and evaluation
- Extensive and growing knowledge of customer relationship management systems
- A Confident and articulate communicator capable of good team collaboration
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- A basic understanding of HTML is a plus
- Be self-motivated, a strong team player and able to work and adapt under pressure
