Support Client: Japanese Patients
1. Be part of International Customer Service Team taking care of Thai and international customers especially Japanese customers.
2. Coordinate with Native Japanese Interpreter in translation to accommodate and ensure success communication between the doctor and patient in the treatment room4. Responsible for billing and cashier duty at service counter
5. Make reports and language translation for marketing activities
6. Other related assignments from Supervisor

Salary

30,000 - 35,000 (THB)

Required work
experience
1. Female. Age between 22-30 years old. New graduates who has passion or special interest in this job and strong in Japanese communication skill are welcomed to apply.
3. Bachelor's Degree.
4. Experienced in dental/medical translation between doctors and patients is preferred.
5. Business level of Japanese and intermediate level of English.
6. Able to work on Mon. - Fri. from 10:30-19:30 and Sat. or Sun. from 9:30-18:30 (5 working days, day offs on every Wed. and some Sat. or Sun. depending on patients' schedule.)
