**รายละเอียดงาน**
This position reports to HR Director, responsible for designing and managing comprehensive total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Additionally, the role involves overseeing the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and providing strategic insights through HR analytics.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Total Rewards Management:

- Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and compliance.
- Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, recognition initiatives, and other employee perks to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization's total rewards packages remain competitive in the industry.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative employee wellness programs.

HRIS Implementation and Optimization:

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of the HRIS platform to meet organizational needs.
- Oversee data management and integrity within the HRIS, ensuring accurate and secure employee records.
- Identify opportunities for process automation within HR functions, streamlining workflows and reducing manual efforts.
- Generate customized reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide valuable HR insights to senior management.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and inspire a team of Total Rewards and HRIS professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring continuous growth and skill enhancement.

Strategic Collaboration:

- Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and senior leadership to align total rewards strategies and HRIS functionalities with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a key liaison between HR and IT departments, ensuring seamless integration of HRIS

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on total rewards strategy.
- An experience of HRIS implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.
