- Sales Coordinator & Interpreter (Japanese Speaking / JLPT N2) (45K-55K) (SDG-85618)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขาย & ล่าม (พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น / JLPT N2)- Sale Coordinator [80%]- Assistant to Sales & marketing GM to lead the division.
- Sales activities to get inquiries from customers.
- Discussing product specifications with customers.
- Issue quotation and product specification to customer.
- Delivery control.
- Payment following up.
- Visiting to customers (sometime make a business trip to domestic)
- Monthly report to estimate performance (Sales/Gross margin)
- Support to Sales team/ coordinate between divisions/ Any assignment by GM
Interpreter [20%]- Interpret in various meetings.
- Translate a related document to Thai or Japanese staff.
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree
- More than 7 years of experience in related functions (mainly Sales Coordinator, and/or Interpreter)
- Good command of Japanese JLPT N2 up (N3 must have ever stayed in Japan for over 1 year)
- Good command of English and can use for work- Able to travel upcountry and stay overnight
- Visiting to customers (sometimes make a business trip to domestic)
Language Skill
- English level : Conversational
- Japanese level : Conversational

- Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri

- ออกใบเสนอราคาและรายละเอียดสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า
- การควบคุมการจัดส่ง
- ติดตามการชำระเงิน
- ออกเยี่ยมลูกค้า (บางครั้งไปติดต่อธุรกิจในประเทศ)
- รายงานประจำเดือนเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพ (ยอดขาย/อัตรากำไรขั้นต้น)
- สนับสนุนทีมขาย / ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่าย / งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก GM
ล่าม [20%]- ล่ามในการประชุมต่างๆ.
- แปลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เจ้าหน้าที่ไทยหรือญี่ปุ่น
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 28 - 40 ปี- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 7 ปีในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขาย และ/หรือ ล่าม)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น JLPT N2 ขึ้นไปได้ดี (N3 ต้องเคยอาศัยอยู่ที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นเกิน 1 ปี)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีและสามารถใช้ในการทำงานได้- สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดและค้างคืนได้
- เยี่ยมลูกค้า (บางครั้งเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในประเทศ)
