**Job responsibilities**
- Present products and services information to the customers.
- Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship.
- Advise customers on market conditions, trends, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Manage the properties portfolio.
- Participate in sales events and follow up with prospects.
- Prepare sales reports for presentation to the supervisors.
- Coordinate with those involved in every sector to make sales successful.
- Follow up on all documentation through to sales process and after-sales requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Have experience in Property Sales
- Excellent command of both written and verbal English
- Great people skills
- Strong sense of managerial skill
- Professional, organised, with a great work ethic
- Charismatic appeal with a smart attitude
- Strong team player
- This position is open to Thai nationals only
- Able to speak Chinese, Russian will be considered
