**Who You Are & What You’ll Do**

The Trade Marketing / Data Analyst is responsible for achieving our key retail partners while working closely with our partners to execute and deliver business targets by seeding and managing VCAN’s portfolio in Thailand across all retail channels. - Contribute to the development and implementation of promotion strategy by working with product management and sales team to develop sell out platform and sell out promotion strategy
- Lead in developing NPD Launch plan (including NPD performance tracking) and trade activation plan to maximize brand performance
- Own overall brand merchandising and planogram to strengthen brand image and position in retailers.
- Work with the marketing communication team on POSM to achieve targeted KPI and ensure implement flawless in-store execution within target timeline
- Plan and monitor budget and evaluate performance of key in-store activation (Booth Animation / Mini Event / Customer Theme / Lucky Draw / Value Set)

**Main purpose of the job**:
As Trade Marketing/Data Analyst (FMCG)you will be responsible for managing reporting & dashboarding, creating insights and predictive analytics communicated to the organization, customer segmentation, running data models, managing the local database and increasing impact with the dedicated business efforts (funnel approach). (S)he will be responsible for driving business transformation by adding business value through strategic & rich data insighting.**Responsibilities**:

- Performs analyses of sales, market and client data presentation to line manager.
- Analyzing data and making recommendations for business improvements.
- Updating regular reports, business KPIs and summarizing key trends / observations.
- Correctly identifying data sources to analyze for resolving business questions and problem statements.
- Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to line manager.
- Support in compiling information, presentation, tasks & activity follow-up and coordination works.

- ร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชาจัดทำเป้าหมายการทำงานของงานเกี่ยวกับการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แล้วดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชาจัดทำวิธีการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน ( PM / WI / FM / SD ) ของงานเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แล้วปฏิบัติตาม
- ประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการวางกลยุทธ์การผลิตแบบลีนเพื่อปรับปรุง กระบวนการผลิตและซัพพลายเชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ร่วมเก็บข้อมูล(data collection),ทำการจัดแต่งข้อมูล(data cleansing) เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- รับฟังความต้องการจากผู้ใช้งานข้อมูลเพื่อทำการเก็บข้อมูล(data collection)ในการทำสร้างหัวข้อในการศึกษาข้อมูล
- ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อม
