Project Manager

**Everbridge**: a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions currently have a fantastic opportunity for a project manager to be based in **Thailand. **Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time to produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

You will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

**What you'll do**:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with Thais speaking third parties/vendors in Thailand
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with local Thai speaking clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

**What you'll bring**:

- Work experience in Public or Governmental organizations
- Knowledge of local Public and Governmental organizations
- Capacity to get Intel / used to work with Big Gov Project/Deal
- Can bring with him/reference a strong technical engineer (System Eng / Software Dev), working as a duo especially to build the POC
- Technical background
- CAD System experience
- Local Bangkok and capacity to move/go on site to partners (Adeo and Powerline) and customer offices
- Mother tongue Thai and fluent English
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
