**Senior Product Operations Analyst**

Get to Know our Team: Product Operations is a large, multicultural team of diversely talented individuals that serve as the curators of Agoda's content data. We manage all the products our customers and partners see on each page. As a part of our team, you'll take ownership of processes that are critical to multiple other teams across the business. We're processing property-level and room-level content which will improve the customer experience when using Agoda's platforms. Product Operations is also keen on self-improvement and innovation. We run our own structured test and analyze data to make impactful decisions. With the support of state-of-the-art technology and an enriching work environment, we strengthen the bottom line and drive new business for Agoda.

**In this Role, you'll get to**:
As a Senior Product Operations Analyst, you will analyze data, manage projects, and improve processes while supporting team leads and stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Manage small to medium-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Resolve project challenges independently and optimizing results.
- Cooperate and coordinate with junior team members to handle data validations.
- Write SQL queries to extract data and create dashboards for tracking and analysis.
- Analyze data, deliver insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communicate updates effectively, fostering collaboration across teams with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate property information is displayed on our sites.
- Propose and implement process improvements with supporting data.
- Lead or contribute to new initiatives and SOP development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 2-3 years experiencing in day-to-day document operation for Hospitality/OTA industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking. Expected to question the current process and provide potential alternatives.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with operational workflows and process optimization.
- Proactive, collaborative, and responsible team player with good communication skills

**It's Great If You Have**:

- Experience in the OTAs (On-line Travel Agency) or hospitality industry.
