- Handling data collection and analysis, plans, and reports.
- Establishing facilities and equipment requirements.
- Creating project cost analysis and budget preparation.
- Creating and implementing facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.
- Assessing and improving operational efficiencies by evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure.
- Creating processing plans and allocating resources as efficiently as possible.
- Planning and coordinating maintenance schedules and operations for infrastructure and equipment.
- Coordination and supervision of contractors executing maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring that appropriate rules, building codes, and health and safety requirements are followed.
- Creating reports and documentation for compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Not over 55 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Experience with Auto CAD and MS Office.
- Good command of English.
- Able to relocate.
