**The Role**
We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Manager, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Flywheel SEA's overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our client’s objectives and help them seize the full potential of eCommerce-driven digital marketing. The role will cover brands across TH markets.
Marketing Services include paid performance marketing, eCommerce platform ads, and social commerce for our clients
**Your Responsibilities will include**:
- Planning and developing media plan as per brand objectives
- Work closely with media execution teams to achieve the campaign goals according to the media plan
- Monitoring and optimizing overall online marketing activities for the best campaign performance
- Coordinate with other teams, e.g. business development and brand manager teams, on campaign concept, commercial mechanics, creative direction, etc.
- Ensure client satisfaction with our services, and performance and build a good relationship with brands
- Provide marketing key learning to brands with data analytics and performance report
**Who we look for - ideal profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
- 3+ years of experience in online marketing, digital marketing, project management, performance marketing, E-commerce marketing, Media planning, Optimize Ads
- Able to communicate and write English with confidence
- Passion for Digital Marketing and growing business
- Strong analytical skills with an excellent sense of data and numbers
- Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environment
- Digital Marketing Certification on Facebook and Google Ads and E-commerce, e.g. Shopee and Lazada, Marketing Solutions background is a plus
