**1. Primary contact for, and answering of, new patient enquiries from all types of media,**
**2. Provide clear, appropriate, useful, and timely information to meet the requirements of the patient and their enquiry,**
**3. Coordinate follow up on enquiries,**
**4. Provide basic services and information to all admitted patients continuously through their treatment and/or cycles,**
**5. Coordinate and communicate patient information to various departments and clinicians according to the clinic's operating systems, protocols, standards, and the requirements of the patients,**
**6. Primary responsibility for scheduling patient appointments,**
**7. Primary responsibility for collection of basic patient registration information,**
**8. Provide services to patients according to the standards and quality policy of the Superior A.R.T. clinic.**:

**1. Bachelor's degree or above in an appropriated discipline**
**2. Experience or degree in health on science an advantage.**
**3. Have a service mind and decision making ability in many situations,**
**4. Skilled in customer service and treatment coordination,**
**5. Have good communication and presentation skills,**
**6. Have good knowledge and use of either spoken and written English or spoken and written Chinese**

**Manage primary client enquiries in Thai either English or Chinese, and coordinate the treatment journey of patients in a medium sized clinic according to medical regulations, privacy regulations, and adherence to company protocols and policy. Duties include, but not limited to, primary receipt and answering of patient enquiries, provision of accurate treatment and financial information to clients, provision of basic services and information to admitted patients, scheduling of appointments and coordination and communication of patient treatments, services and information to clinicians and relevant departments, collection of required patient registration information in accord with medical regulations, all done in accordance with medical regulations, privacy regulations, and company policies.**:
