**LOCATION**
This position is located at Aman Nai Lert, in Bangkok, Thailand.
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
As a vital component of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons and staff, the Security Supervisor assumes a key leadership role within our establishment. Reporting to the Director of Security, this position entails overseeing the implementation of security protocols and strategies to ensure the well-being of all stakeholders. The Security Supervisor collaborates across departments, leveraging their expertise to enforce security measures and uphold the highest standards of vigilance and professionalism.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the security team in maintaining a secure and hospitable environment, safeguarding personnel, assets, and visitors.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to deter and address security breaches, theft, and vandalism.
- Supervise the security staff, ensuring adherence to established security measures and providing guidance and support.
- Monitor surveillance systems, access control, and alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality and swift response to security concerns.
- Collaborate with the Director of Security and cross-functional teams to address security needs during special events, VIP visits, and emergencies.
- Assist in the investigation of security incidents and breaches, coordinating with law enforcement and legal authorities as required.
- Provide leadership during crisis situations and emergency responses, ensuring effective coordination of security personnel and resources.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in security roles, with a background in supervision or leadership positions, preferably in hospitality, corporate, or similar industries.
- Solid understanding of security practices, protocols, technology systems, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, essential for effectively managing and motivating a security team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, make informed decisions, and implement corrective actions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, particularly in high-pressure situations or emergencies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate security records.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security, safety, and emergency response.
- Valid security certifications and training relevant to the position.
