**Key Responsibility**:
Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and objectives for events, and translating that vision into a cohesive design concept.
Developing and presenting creative proposals to clients, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
Leading a team of designers and creative professionals in the development of event elements, such as decor, lighting, florals, and signage.
Overseeing the production of event materials, including print and digital collateral.
Managing budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Continuously researching new trends and techniques in event design to stay ahead of the curve and offer innovative solutions to clients.
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that all aspects of the event are aligned with the creative vision.
Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and products for event projects.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Art or any related fields.
1-5 years of experience in Creative Event, Marketing Creative in related industry.
Understanding of client s briefing and good creative skills.
Good communication, good organization and planning skills.
Able to work on multiple projects at one time.
Able to work under pressure and independent to work.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
