2. Analyze all problems and develop solutions for improvement related to maintenance, follow-up PM plan.
3. Control Maintenance and renew / update / rehabilitation / Overhaul for production equipment. Utility equipment and set plan.
4. Work instruction / guidance on quality and environments improvement.
5. Negotiations with inside company and outside maker etc.
6. Subordinate management, Training for skill up, Work on ISO system relation (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001).
7. Manage mainteance team to acheive the company target.
- ** Requirement**:

- Male, Age : 40 to 47 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Engineer or related field.
- More than 15 years of experiene in manufacturing and over 10 years in automotive manufacturing
- More than 5 years in management level
- Good machine maintenance skill in automotive.
- Good command of English
- Work under pressure and can do attitude
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00
- ** Holiday**: Saturday : 2 times per month
