- Provide the up to date training according to company development concept
- Contact and invite external consultants/instructor to be an in-house training if need.
- Maintain training budgets.
- Analyze class performance and attendance rates monthly
- Administration Implementing and maintaining all HR documents referring Quality
- Management system and ensure all processes and documents are instructed and followed.
- Generating a weekly, monthly and yearly HR related reports (list of reports are provided in a separate document).
- Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting company and HR functions.
- Be a HR representative for 5S project implementation for areas identified.
- Provide support White factory activities.
- Provide support to HR team as required.
- To attend and participate in team meeting to work within a team culture providing support to all team members regardless of job role.
- Positive and professional relationships with all team members
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields
- Have excellent speaking skill, public speaking, writing skills, and have good understanding about basic and necessary software.
- Have strong leadership.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experiences in Human Resources Development.
- Good knowledge of Thai Labor Laws, Labor protection Acts and Acts of Skills Development.
- Able to communicate well in English
- Able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office program
