**Forvia’s VIE Program?**

The VIE Program of Forvia Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

PLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

Your position and environment?

Our Forvia Electronics Business Group is looking for you as a VIE Material Planner (manufacturing) for our site in Rayong, Thailand.

Your role and Responsibility as following:
**Costing activity**:

- Define the cost of Purchased of Manufactured products/service and understand costing information.
- Maintain and understand standard costs and perform standards variance analysis.

**Inventory control**:

- Involve in physical inventory variance analysis with the logistics team.
- Monitor weekly inventory counting indicators in all locations
- Monitor daily scrap system booking and report weight before resale

**Month closing involvement**:

- Prepare monthly closing regular accruals and provide evidences to the accouniting department for booking
- Handle monthly inventory reconciliation and revaluation
- Study and explain corporate performance (e.g. variances, spoiled units, subcontracting)
- Make analysis reports on profitability
- Magritte (Faurecia reporting system) data entry of Actual -C (standards variance analysis) and forecast-F (Forecast - information), Preparation a Actual - P (Profit & Loss by Program)

**Forecast/ Budget/ Strategic Plan**
- Work with other departments to help them plan their financial impacts
- Gather information to help Plant Controller build financial statements (Actual, Forecast & Budget)
- Perform analysis to compare data from one version to another (i.e. Sales, Freight Cost, Scrap and Production Cost)

**External audits an taxes**
- Prepare interim statements and reports (IFTA report, tax remittances, source deduction remittiences)
- Prepare audit plant data and fill audit files to support the Accounting department

**Fixed assets management**: make sure booking are done in time and tags are properly affixed

**Participate in various corporate projects requiring a financial evaluation.**

As required, train certain managers (e.g. Production, quality) in using good cost management practices.
- Ensure KPIs accuracy, usefulness and understanding: that will require closely working with other departments to help them understand the KPIs purpose and functioning and improve their performance
- Perform any other task assigned by the Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Accounting/Finance or ralated fields
- 5+ years experience in costing/ business analysis
- Must be able to use/ manipulate computer programs - Excel skills : create spreads sheet with formular, mailbox, company VPN.
- Must have some costing/ accounting
- Must have hands on SAP
- Good Communication Skills (Fluency in English)
- Have experience in Automobile Manufacturing industry will be advantage
