**S&OP & Inventory Manager**

**Job overview**

S&OP and inventory management support including UD IS and ISZ SIGMA. Business process that helps align supply and demand by integrating sales, operations, and finance to create a unified plan. The role ensures that a company can meet customer demand efficiently while optimizing inventory, production.

**Role and responsibility**
- To manage the end-to-end S&OP process for UD IS and ISZ SIGMA, including inventory management for completed vehicles and parts.
- Monitor and execute S&OP decision meeting directives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders across operations and sales.
- Understand all production constraints (material, manpower, machine, logistics) and the impact on the production schedule
- Satisfy the customer demands by creating a schedule that will supply their needs

**Minimum qualifications**
- University education (M. Sc in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience)
- Proven supply chain knowledge
- Process knowledge
- Supply Chain & Inventory experience

**Main Competence Requirement**
- Understanding of the typical trade-offs within Supply Chain management
- Strong communicator with good verbal and written skills in English
- Holistic perspective
- Network skills
