Deliver analytics and AI product.
Develop & execute analytics projects.
Familiar with cloud platform&programming language.
To help Osotspa deliver analytics and AI product to help increase operational efficiency and incremental revenue
Own the relationship with key business leaders to identify & priorities opportunities for leveraging data to drive value for business.
Act as a liaison between digital and business stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of the analytics roadmap and analytics projects.
Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
Develop & execute analytics projects - managing timelines, requirements, stakeholders, risks, and issues.
Define and continuously measure analytics value through defining, tracking and communicating benefits of analytics to senior stakeholders.
Continously seek for an opportunity to find new tools, solutions to automate and enhance analytics work process and align solution with overall enterprise architect.
Get your hands dirty - Assisting project team if needed in data related issues ranging from data ingestion, data integration, data transformation and delivering analytic product.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistic, Operation Research, Information System, Economics or other quantitative filed.
2+ Years as a data professional (data scientist/data engineer) and 2+ Years in managing analytic team.
Strong knowledges in analytics principle and technique.
Knowledge of at least one programming language (R/Python/Java,C++).
Understanding of BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Data Studio).
Familar with cloud platform (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Familar with software development metedology (Agile/SDLC) and able to choose the right framework for the project.

**Nice to have**: Certificates in project management such as PMP, Google Project Management Certificate.

**Job skills required**: Java, Python, Research

**Job skills preferred**: Software Development, Tableau, Power BI
