About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

- Underwrite NB & POS both Medical and Non-Med cases, from agency channel and non-agency channel (e.g. Credit life, SBA.)- Handle appeal case and review/ reconsider appeal cases, explain, offer, and give more alternative to agent, include prepare case to committee.- Be consultant of the team including support and advice U&P underwriter in complicate case.- Assist and support head in providing daily data to monitor the efficiency and productivity of own area.- Staying updated on medical advances, underwriting practices, sharing, brush up and changes in regulations and company standards.- Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.- Explore opportunity to improve work flow and build healthy environment- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
