Sales & Marketing Executive Urgent

Familiarize with the resort and room type, stay overnight in one of the villas
- Familiar with the F&B items and promotions
- Call on TAT Chiang Mai Office and obtain an agent list in Chiang Mai, if possible, including Bangkok
- Source wedding planners in Chiang Mai and Bangkok base
- Source for a corporate company list in Chiang Mai
- Review budgets and goals and achieving the numbers
- Review all rates structure, BAR, Contract, Winter Promotions and special offers
- Review with Reservations with all the current packages
- Review with Reservations with the existing ad hoc offers, e.g. Evasion, Tide square
- Visit all the consulates and honor counsels in Chiang Mai
- Familiar with the Friends and Family Rates, Industry Discount and Embassy and Government rates
- Familiar with any ad hoc rates
- Visit the reservations team and the market or product managers of the wholesalers in Chiang Mai and Bangkok
- Conduct Site Inspections to all business partners
- Plans to make calls in Bangkok monthly. First 2 months, traveling with GM
- Issue contracts or winter promotion
- Create a complete and updated data base
- Prepare next season contract and plan the promotional rates
- Explore ad hoc or exclusive offers with wholesalers for certain markets on a seasonal basis to drive business
- Daily sales calls to generate market awareness and business
- Work with Front Office and Reservations team members to provide exceptional guests experiences
- Attend daily briefing
- Produce weekly sales reports
- Keep track of Lost Group report
- Monthly & yearly production reports by account with room nights, revenue and ADR and work on incremental business
- Work with F&B on their promotions and packages
- Assist F&B in terms of social media promotions
- Entertain potential guests with GM’s approval
- Entertain KOLs if necessary with other team members
