**Main objectives and Summary**
- Work with Product Owners to gather, validate and document business requirements.
- Work with Product Owners during PI planning to estimate works for next iterations.
- Work with Solution architects, UI/UX designers and Tech leads on the solution and detailed design.
- Prepare and prioritize product backlog.
- Breaking down user stories into small chunk for each sprint.
- Produce specification and/or other documentation required for the development.
- Liaising with the developers to explain the requirements.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Initiate, contribute and improve the team working process.
- Working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks.

**Mandatory**
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Com Engineering or any related fields.
- **Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Business Analysis**:

- Knowledge in Banking business or Trading platform is a must (such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and/or Back End or Operations systems)
- Have some experiences with UX/UI on mobile version is a plus.
- Adaptive and Problem-Solving issue
- Experiencing with Agile methodology and good understanding in SDLC process Kanban and experience in using Jira/Confluence/SharePoint is a plus
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
