**What's your role in the team?**:
**Product Selection & Development**
- Managing the end-to-end development process, including the creation and management of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budget constraints and evaluating potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Curate wholesale assortments from brand partners that complement in-house lines and meet margin and sell-through targets.
- Ensure assortment delivers on trend, price architecture, quality, and brand positioning.

**Assist in the buying process** including range planning, supplier communications, order raising, sample tracking, manage product samples for internal reviews, shoots, approvals.

**Trend Forecasts**: Identify market trends and launch calendar to plan for the assortment. Understanding the Southeast Asian Market. Support in collating trend research and building seasonal moodboards.

**Sales Monitoring**: Monitor sales performance and align buying activities with sales forecasts and business needs, ensuring that purchasing decisions support revenue goals and operational efficiency.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain accurate product and supplier data in systems.
- Raise POs, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics on inbound deliveries

**Supplier Coordination**
- Communicate with wholesale brands and in-house suppliers regarding product specs, cost negotiations (under guidance), timelines, and revisions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on sampling and production statuses.

**Sales & Performance Monitoring**
- Track and report weekly sales performance, bestsellers, and slow movers.
- Support in markdown proposals and in-season trading decisions.

**Cross-Departmental Coordination**
- Liaise with production, design, and QA teams to ensure product quality and fit standards.
- Work with e-commerce, VM, and marketing teams to provide product details and stories.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in buying, merchandising, or product development.
- Passion for fashion trends and a strong eye for product.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data and systems.
- New graduates are also welcome if you have passions in apparel and fashion.
- **Skills**:

- Strong Knowledge of product development & Material
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of buying best practices and market dynamics.
- Understanding of buying metrics (sales through/ sales vs stock/ pricing/ category split)
- Multilingual capabilities. English is required and Chinese is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Experience in Fashion Industry and garment development is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Negotiation skills
