1.Establish and maintain fundamental of occupational health and safety (OH&S) management systems as required by legal requirements, subscribed standards and safety policy.
2.Delegate and ensure basic safety roles and accountability to front line superior in line with safety laws and safety accountability.
3.Establish necessary safety procedures and rules by involving with other concerned personnel and encourage implementing effectively and ensure compliance of procedures and abusing management by working closely with front line management.
5.Involving with HR to execute training regarding OH&S and its effectiveness.
6.Ensuring safety performance is monitored, controlled and communicated well for better performance and minimizing loss, both the company staff and outside personnel.
7.Judge whether right or wrong / black or white on safety and get staff understand the reason as well as act immediately when correction is needed and ensure preventive action is prepared.
8.Liaison with government on safety issues as well as report required document.
9.Perform task of loss prevention, industrial hygiene, health prevention, PPE management, safety recognition, accident prevention, safety advisory and inspection.
10.Maintain record keeping of safety, government required data and management systems records.
11.Seek for alternative safety to adopt to the business appropriately.
12.Act and encourage safety, environment, quality and disciplinary awareness and compliance as well as any required by the company procedures or work regulation.
