**Job Description**:
**Position Overview**:
The Contract Process is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all documentation including contracts, loan financing agreements, issuing of receipts for deposit monies taken, and ensuring the accuracy of all documentation relating to an agreement.

The position is also responsible for the accurate accounting and recording of all monetary funds received both at the time of contract and thereafter until such time as the contract is ready to close. The Contract Processor will ensure that all required documentation is received and is accurate by checking off the Contract Document Checklist.

The Contract Process will maintain files on all new purchasers and ensure that for security all original & copies of documents relating to new purchasers is secured in locked file cabinets. The Contract Process will be regularly updating the management at their site on any missing or overdue documentation or payment to ensure all contracts are closed on time as per the timeline for contracts closings established. The Contract Processor will maintain a live status report keeping up to the minute details on the status of each contract that has not closed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned:

- Assist Vacation Consultants and managers with any contract issues or errors in documentation,
- Prepare all contract documents when guests purchase. Review all documents for accuracy and ensure contract originals are dispatched to the Corporate Office as per the schedule established,
- Communicate with Managers to ensure all contract documents are neat, accurate and comply with company policies and procedures, as well as any regulatory requirements,
- Act in an advisory position to managers and representatives to ensure compliance of company policy and procedures relating to contract documents,
- Ensure that at all times you represent the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner, ensuring that the company and its associated brands are not compromised,
- Respect and participate with your fellow colleagues to maintain a ‘one team’ ethos.

**Education &/or Experience**:
A Minimum of six months to one-year related education and training; plus business and/or administrative education
- Previous experience in accurate data contracts control and clerical, numerical competency,
- High school or equivalent standard of education,
- Tertiary education desirable, though not an essential requirement.
