**As Waiter/Waitress,** **you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that standards of personal hygiene and appearance are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests.
- To ensure that mis en place’ levels are kept to standards.
- To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner.
- To assist the Waiter/ Waitress in maintaining the station fully stocked, clean and tidy
- Pick up the food according to order.
- To serve food and beverage according to hotel standards and guest needs.
- To clear and reset tables.
- To wish “Farewell” to all guests.

**As Restaurant General Manager, we expect from you**:

- Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and **Thai**.
- Strong background in Michelin stars/Fine dining/5 stars luxury properties.
- Willing to work split shift.
- Willing to work the required number of hours, depending on business demand.
