**Technical Consult**
- **มีความรู้ ความสามารถพื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ ประกอบด้วย ด้านการใช้งาน Office tool และ Utillity tool ต่างๆ**:

- **มีความรู้ ความสามารถคอมพิวเตอร์ ในด้าน Networking IP, Routing, Port, Protocol ต่างๆ และการ trace ปัญหา**:

- **มีความรู้ ความสามารถคอมพิวเตอร์ ในด้าน System admin ในการ Implement และจัดการระบบเช่น FTP, SFTP, IIS, NFS, NTP, Mail และมีความรู้ใน Service ต่างๆของ Computer**:

- **มีความรู้ ความสามารถคอมพิวเตอร์ ในด้าน Unix system engineer เช่น การติดตั้ง OS, Software และ Basic command และการใช้งาน VI ใน Unix, Linux distribution ต่าง ๆ**:

- **มีความรู้ ความสามารถคอมพิวเตอร์ ในด้าน Unix system engineer ในการเขียน Shell script หรือเขียน java เพื่อสามารถทำ Utility tool ได้**:

- **มีความรู้ ความสามารถคอมพิวเตอร์ ในด้าน Unix system engineer ในการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ เช่น Network connection, OS Tunning เป็นต้น**:

- **มีความรู้ ความสามารถด้านการจัดการ Storage และการใช้งาน Storage เช่น SAN, NAS การทำ LUN, Agregate, การใช้งาน LVM เป็นต้น**:

- **มีความรู้ ความสามารถด้าน Virtualization และ Cloud สามารถใช้งานหรือจัดการ VM บน Virtualize software ได้เช่น KVM, VMWare, XEN ,Windows Azure, Amezone EC2 เป็นต้น**
- **ศึกษาการทำงานของ Software ทั้งด้าน Business logic และ System requirment ต่างๆ**:

- **วาง Architecture การเชื่อมต่อกับระบบรอบข้าง, ทำ Performance test, Integration test จัดทำเครื่องมือและเอกสารในการดูแลระบบ (O & M), ทำ UAT, OJT**:

- **แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับระบบ, ศึกษาค้นคว้า เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือในการดูแลและสนับสนุนการ Implement ระบบ**:
