**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of the sugar manufacturing plant's operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all plant personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage the plant's budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements, recommending and implementing relevant improvements to enhance plant operations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the plant.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Plant Manager or a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the sugar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of sugar manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on efficiency and productivity improvement.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software, such as ERP systems, to monitor and manage plant operations.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and experience in implementing and maintaining safety programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
