**About the Team**:

- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team as a Learning & Development Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about learning and interested in building a career in the field of L&D.- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.
- Providing professional translation services for e-learning courses into the Thai language.
- Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communication.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys and assessments.
- Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including maintaining training records and databases.
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of the Learning Portal (LMS).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong passion for learning and development.
- Proficient in the English language both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with learning technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
