Our client is a Developer of Luxury Real Estate (High-rise and Low-rise) in Thailand.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Determining needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Acquiring equipment and materials and monitoring stocks to handle inadequacies.
- Hiring contractors and other staff and allocating responsibilities.
- Supervising the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and guiding them when needed.
- Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports.
- Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting issues.
**Qualifications**
- Male, 30-45 years old.
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
- Prefer Conventional construction in Housing projects or mix product Housing and Condo is open.
- Have Licensed for Professional Practice.
- Proven experience as a construction project manager.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
