**Major responsibilities**
- Manage all licenses applied for the hotel operations and ensure that the licenses are up to date.
- Manage custom clearance processes effectively.
- Handle work permits and visas for expatriates in the hotel including spouses and dependents.
- Handle all necessary customs formalities at the airport on hotel promotions.
- Be a point of contact on government liaison-related matters and be able to suggest solutions to problems.
- Keep abreast of the latest data/developments/schemes, necessary for Government Liaison.
- Develop new methodologies to improve the liaison processes and keep abreast of relevant best practices and new developments affecting the hotel.
- Ensure regular, final, and timely submission of reports on all the aforesaid liaison activities.
**Qualifications and Requirements:

- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a luxury establishment or luxury retail in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle challenging tasks and situations effectively.
- A results-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail.
- To be able to work both independently and on a team
