Our client is BPO Outsourcing.
- Assisting customers in resolving issues.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions. Communicate clearly and empathetically to provide exceptional customer service.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed, while ensuring customers are kept informed of the progress.
- Reviewing Content on Platform (Comment).
- Working Hours: 5 days per week / 2 days off and Shift Rotation.

**Qualifications**
- Graduated in any related field.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Can start working immediately.
- Can work in shifts.
- Good Command of English (Spoken and Written).
