สมัครโปรดคลิกที่ปุ่ม "Apply" Job Description - Operate data governance according to the defined framework, policies, and standards across the bank, including data privacy control, data access, data usage, data classification, data lifecycle management, cross-border transfers, and data exchange with third-party partners - Govern data-sharing activities for new data initiatives and new products/services with subsidiaries, monoline businesses, joint ventures, and business partnerships, ensuring ongoing tracking and periodic reviews - Enable compliant data sharing by working closely with senior management and related teams to align with legal, compliance, data privacy, market conduct, and IT security regulations. This includes defining strategies, use cases, and identifying solutions to promote responsible data usage. - Review and advise on third-party data sharing, ensuring adherence to approval protocols, data usage conditions, and data minimization best practices - Maintain and operate SCB Data Lake access management, including role-based access control (RBAC) and non-RBAC mechanisms, RBAC matrix maintenance, and access requests - Drive data governance awareness through training programs and communication initiatives - Collaborate with DataX (Centralized Data Hub) to: - Enforce and manage data governance policies within SCB and the SCB Data Zone - Communicate updates on DataX data governance policies, standards, and processes within SCB - Provide consultation on data requests for ingestion into the SCB Data Zone and facilitate data-sharing execution with the Group Data Zone - Evaluate and monitor data access requests to the SCB Data Zone Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in data governance, risk, data management, or a related field - Proven experience in implementing data management, data protection, or business-driven data governance practices - Experience in drafting and working with policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
