We are looking for a Sales Coordinator that will handle the following:
Main Purpose of the Role

Support A/O on day-to-day basis and act as internal focal point of customers’ contact

Sales
- Schedule and prepare materials for A/O for customer meetings
- Prepare quotations
- Create/update agreements and tenders in the respective system and communicate them to concerned parties

Customer Relationships
- Adopt client complaints and follow up the resolution
- Solve ad-hoc problems/transfer service issues to relevant department

Performance measurement
- Monitor customer performance
- Comply with tracking and reporting requirements

Account Planning
- Update account plans/profiles according to A/O input

**Requirements**:

- Can act as internal point of contact for customers
- Can Analyze potential new customers information
- Have full service mind
- Self-learning
- Complex problem solver
- Planning and prioritizing, within time deadlines skills
- Working in dynamic environment
- Quality oriented
- Bachelor Degree in Merchant Marine Trade, Business Administration or related fields
- Good computer software skill (EXCEL, WORD)
- Fair or good command of English
