**You should have/be.**:

- Diploma of Psychiatry certification
- Thai Board Licensed to practice medicine and medical practice in the specialty of Psychiatry.
- Have medical practice license issued by the Medical Council of Thailand.
- Familiar with crisis assessment tools and techniques
- Strong working knowledge of general psychiatric principles and practices
- Expert diagnostic skills.
- Superior listening ability and emotional intelligence.
- Working 47 hours a week, may have to come to work on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, depend on duty at the ooca Clinic.

**Requirements**:

- Assess and screen customers by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations, and psychological testing.
- Assessment of customers and diagnosis of mental diseases through video call on the Ooca platform and on-site at the ooca clinic.
- Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnose customers.
- Prescribe and administer medications according to diagnosis.
- Monitor customers to determine efficacy and potential side effects of medications.
- Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed.
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with a broader team of physicians, psychologists, and nurses to assess and adjust treatment plans.
- Coordinate and communicate with Psychologist, Clinic Manager and other stakeholders about treatment and care. (working and be a part of multidisciplinary care team)
- Participate meeting and Act as a part of Medical Staff Organization (MSO) and update new knowledge and information to staff.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and quality control standards of JCI, ISO or etc.
- Support medical knowledge or medical information for ooca staff.
- Perform all other duties assigned by manager or reporting line.
- Participate in clinic's marketing activities or campaigns
