- Assistant Project Manager (Manufacturing Construction) (58K-64K) (SDG-85954)

- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Other tasks as assigned
- Thai nationality, Male, age 35 - 42 years old- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineer
- 8-10 years or above of experiences in Construction Project Manager of Manufacturing
- Computer skill: CAD/ AutoCAD
- Have License of Professional Practice (Associate Civil Engineer)
- Have own car and driving license
- Able to work/stay over in the upcountry (occasional, at provided accommodation)
- Basic command of verbal and written English (use in documents / to communicate, they have internal Interpreter)
- Able to work actively under pressure and hard-working
- Able to show the decisive and leadership skills
